Where we workOn-site observation days run in the Las Vegas valley. The resource library and the one-day time study are free and work anywhere in the country.

Who this is forIndependent, physician-owned practices, any specialty. Typically two to fifteen clinicians. For the Founding Five, a solo practice counts too.

What it costsA full engagement starts at $7,000 for a solo clinician and scales with practice size.

After you apply

Three steps, andyou hear back either way.

Step 1We read it. Applications are reviewed in the order they arrive, and you hear from us within twenty-four hours.

Step 2You hear where you stand. If you are a fit for the founding cohort, we get on a call. If you are not, we tell you what you are a fit for, including what a standard engagement would cost your practice.

Step 3You decide. Nothing is booked and no payment is taken at application. A clinic day is reserved only when you book it yourself.
