dX80 Group, LLC is an AI education company serving independent private practices, not hospital-affiliated, headquartered in Henderson, Nevada. Our founder is Daina Tirrell, BSN, RN. We can be reached at dtirrell@dx80group.com.

Information We Collect

ADPIE Assessment Application: If you choose to submit an application for the ADPIE Assessment, you voluntarily provide your contact information (email and name), practice details, and a description of your AI challenges. This information is used solely to review and respond to your application. It is not added to any marketing list without your explicit consent.

Website Analytics: We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand site traffic in aggregate (page views, general geographic regions, device types). This does not identify individual visitors.

How We Use Information

Data Storage and Security

Application information is accessible only to Daina Tirrell. We take reasonable technical measures to protect information from unauthorized access, but no internet transmission is 100% secure.

Your Rights

If you submitted an ADPIE application and want your information removed, email us at dtirrell@dx80group.com and we will delete it within 10 business days.

Children

dX80 is designed for licensed healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

If we materially change this policy, we will update the effective date above and post a notice on the website. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
